Returning to its roots, Restaurant Gill invites you to indulge in authentic gourmet cuisine. Having held two Michelin stars for over 36 years, Chef Gilles Tournadre has made the bold decision to return these stars so he can focus on the fundamentals of his art. Working alongside his teams and implementing the savoir-faire for which he is renowned, Tournadre is creating true gourmet dishes. The result is the promise of shared, intimate moments in a truly welcoming Rouen establishment.

The Chef’s “signature dishes” remain star players on the menu and are testament to Gilles Tournadre's desire to offer traditional cuisine that pays homage to good produce and seduces through simplicity. “Pigeon à la Rouennaise”, “Veal Sweetbread” and “Mille-Feuille Minute” will delight fine diners, be it for a city-centre lunch or dinner indulgence or whatever the occasion…
